From the first time the Board of our condominium association sat down to meet with Scott, to the moment the trucks and equipment drove away for the last time on the day our condominium roof replacement project was finished, the whole experience was the best imaginable. Scott provided us with a comprehensive, detailed contract, plenty of explanatory materials, and he spent over an hour discussing with us what we could expect and answering our questions. The day the work started, unsolicited emails from impressed Unit Owners who’d been watching the process, began to arrive: "These guys were awesome today, how they all work together. What they did today, Wow! Really impressed me!” and “The workers were respectful, tidy and careful, and honestly absolute workhorses! I could not believe they were finishing a building a day from tearing off to walking away with a new roof on. Very impressive!” and "The roofs look great!" and “It looks like a well oiled machine with the way they are working. The roofs are looking good and the color is perfect.” It was obvious the seven-member crew, which showed up each morning before 7:00, and finished around 6:00 every evening, have been working together for awhile because yes, as noted above, they worked so well together, “like a well-oiled machine.” Scott’s CenterPoint Construction has been in business in Williams Bay since 1994.
